Namesake yoga pose not a stretch for UO Duck | Health
ZenSpot, 1615 Oak Street, unveiled the new "duck asana" (yoga posture) for its hot yoga series.
The posture's co-creators and yoga practitioners, Ms. Loren Mohler and Mr. Kale Dawes, and the University of Oregon Duck Mascot demonstrated the posture Thursday night.
"Yoga traces many of its postures to animals and the new duck asana serves as an example that yoga is very much a living and evolving lifestyle practice that is fun, healthy and comprehensive," ZenSpot founders and owners Michael Bittner and Kelli Harrington said in a press release.
