Generals host fan appreciation night | Community Spirit
Title (Max 100 Charaters)
From a press release
The Eugene Generals are proud to announce their seventh annual Fan Appreciation Night will be held this Friday when the Generals play the Glacier Nationals.
Our sponsors will be in attendance Friday night and will be giving free promotions. There will be a wide range of fan give-aways. From Generals t-shirts, to a free one night stay at the Red Lion Hotel Eugene, the fan give-aways will be a sure hit.
Bulls on Parade will be performing for the second time this year. The rock band creates an energetic and entertaining atmosphere that is ideal for hockey. Bulls on Parade will be performing during warm-ups and the first and second intermission.
The Generals will also have a special pregame ceremony that should not be missed. There will be a live national anthem, and a surprise guest will lead a ceremonial puck drop.
"We are more than excited to celebrate the success of our team this year and our loyal fans. The community has supported us over our seven year franchise history, and we are grateful for that," said Associate General Manager of the Eugene Generals Daniel Bell this in an interview earlier this week. "Fan Appreciation Night is a chance for our organization to say thank you to our loyal fans, and we hope you enjoy this annual experience on Friday night."
Tickets are $8 for adults, $5 for students and seniors, and free for children under the age of five. Tickets can be purchased online, over the phone or at the door.
